Who is responsible

The controller is TODO: full legal name or company name, registered address and tax ID. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we store

When you submit the early-access form we store only:

• your name, company and work email;
• the range of salespeople and the CRM you selected;
• the language of the page you used;
• the date and version of the consent you gave.

What we do not store

We do not store your IP address, browser details or any tracking identifier with your request. Strictly necessary storage only remembers your cookie choice and your light or dark theme, in your own browser.

To stop spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data from your browser to check that the request comes from a person. Visits are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not build individual profiles.

Why and on what legal basis

We use your details only to answer your early-access request and to contact you about the design-partner programme. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting earlier processing.

Where your details are kept and who processes them

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and the database (Cloudflare D1) where requests are stored. TODO: confirm the database was created with EU jurisdiction and link Cloudflare’s DPA.
• Resend is used to send us an internal notification email with the content of your request. TODO: confirm Resend’s DPA, the transfer mechanism (SCCs / EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and the sending region.

Website analytics (only with your consent)

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website and to improve our service. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Google Ireland Limited processes this data on our behalf, and it may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Advertising features are turned off. We do not sell your data

We never sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep them

We keep your request for TODO: retention period, e.g. 12 months after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. After that it is deleted from the database.

How to delete your details

Write to [email protected] from the address you used in the form and ask for deletion. We delete the record from the database and confirm by email within TODO: time limit, e.g. 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority: TODO: competent authority, e.g. AEPD (Spain) or UODO (Poland).
