For sales reps

Full transparency into the origin of every commission

When salespeople can verify their own figures, they no longer need to request them from Finance. Below is exactly what a salesperson sees in Evenq.

Illustrative example

A personal dashboard

Every figure related to their own compensation, per currency.

  • Earned and paid, for any date range
  • Awaiting payment and, if a clawback applies, what they owe
  • Quota progress: achieved against target, as a percentage

Every commission, with its origin

Full traceability between a sale and a payment.

  • All their sales, in every state: waiting, calculated, paid or cancelled
  • Each commission with the sale, plan and rule that produced it, the amount and whether it has been paid
  • Their plan's rules, read-only, and a preview of what a sale would pay

The full step-by-step calculation of each commission is visible to administrators, not yet to salespeople.

Their balance, fully recorded

Payments, clawbacks and adjustments are documented, each with its reason.

  • Their ledger on screen: every payment, clawback and adjustment, with its reason
  • When one of their sales cannot be paid yet, their dashboard indicates this and refers them to their administrator

The reason a sale cannot be paid is shown to administrators, who resolve it in the reconciliation queue.

A formal process for disagreements

Seeing the sale and rule behind a commission resolves most questions. When it does not, a formal dispute process applies.

  • A salesperson can dispute an approved or paid payout, with a reason and a comment thread
  • The administrator resolves it as accepted, partially accepted or rejected, optionally with a ledger adjustment
  • Once resolved, the dispute is sealed
  • Optional plan acceptance records who accepted which plan version, and when
